At Factory Fitouts our business has evolved beyond just offering make good, commercial fit outs and refurbishment services. We now also buy and sell factories and commercial buildings.

As our business has grown nationally we have come to realise that some of our clients would prefer to sell their properties in their current condition rather than absorb the cost of refurbishment.

In some instances we will buy the property and complete the required repairs and upgrades ourselves, to then lease or sell. In other instances we have buyers that are looking for new premises for their own businesses or as a long term investment.
